Day 3 ~ Practical Storage

Never one to throw out a perfectly good something, my mom is pretty creative with repurposing stuff.

In her kitchen she uses what I think might be an accordion style wine holder as a little shelf for storing her dish clothes.

Or maybe it's a mug holder.

At any rate, it works fine here.

It's not my mom's reason for doing it, but repurposing is definitely the "in" thing to do!

Here you can see extension curtain rods put to use as dividers.
